Our client is searching for a highly performing Clinical Systems Analyst with a strong Medical Technician background.
Laboratory Information System experience is required to be considered for this position.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and support the implementation of Meditech in laboratory settings, ensuring seamless integration and alignment with organizational workflows and processes.
Serve as the primary point of contact for a prominent client providing expert guidance and support during the entire implementation lifecycle, including planning, configuration, testing, and go-live.
Provide in-depth knowledge of Meditech functionalities and best practices to optimize client laboratory operations.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Meditech, ensuring timely resolution and client satisfaction.
Prepare and deliver training materials to client staff, ensuring successful user adoption and system utilization.
Document implementation processes, workflows, and system configurations for future reference.
Qualifications:
Proven experience with the full Meditech implementation lifecycle, including requirements gathering, configuration, testing, and post-go-live support.
Strong background in healthcare LIS, particularly in lab settings and transitioning between different LIS platforms.
Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
