Make a Difference The Site Support Application Analyst will provide support to Community Health Network end users. This role may also contribute to special project work assigned under the guidance of leadership. Individuals in this role will also possess and apply a broad knowledge of principals, practices, and procedures of a particular field of specialization to the completion of moderately difficult assignments/tasks. These assignments/tasks may include planning, system analysis, application building, testing, maintenance, and support. The Site Support Application Analyst also understands the interdependencies of the applications they support and follows appropriate change control and project management methodologies as necessary. Exceptional Skills and Qualifications Applicants for this position should be able to collaborate with others in a team setting, have excellent communication skills, and a positive attitude toward problem-solving. Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in Information Technology, clinical/healthcare required. In lieu of the above education requirements, a combination of experience and education will be considered. Minimum of two (2) years of Information Technology and/or clinical/healthcare experience required. Epic experience strongly preferred.
