Essential Functions: IT liaison for application administration across NYBCe. Partners with business units to conduct need assessments, gather requirements, and document workflows for new or modified applications. Develop and review business requirements, functional specifications, and related documentation. Collaborate with QRA to review and approve test plans, ensuring alignment with documented requirements. Facilitate validation plan development, execution, and documentation for supported software. Manage system configurations, database tables, and user access/security roles within supported applications. Troubleshoot application issues and coordinate resolution with vendors and/or internal teams. Develop reports, queries, and dashboards using SQL, reporting tools, or basic programming techniques.
