Serve as technical resource to ABAP programmers, developers, and BASIS Administrators in designing, configuring and implementing an SAP system which supports the company's business and operational needs. Skills and Knowledge In depth knowledge of SAP ECC 6.0 functional module specific to FI-CO, SAP ECC 6.0 architecture and proven knowledge of database technologies. Strong configuration skills. Advanced knowledge of office applications, specifically Microsoft Excel and Word. Microsoft Office). Knowledge of how FICO integrates with SD highly preferred. Familiarity of MM/PP/PM modules and BPC a plus. Familiarity with the SAP NetWeaver platform functionality for integrating business processes across various systems, databases and sources. Ability to facilitate interactive design and functional specification sessions. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and conceptual skills. Highly developed interpersonal, written and verbal skills with an ability to express complex technical concepts in business terms. Excellent technical writing and system documentation skills Must be a “team player” able to work with senior management in developing and implementing new processes and enabling systems. Able to work with end user groups to define application needs and identify feasible solutions. Demonstrated project management and organizational skills. Proactive with a customer service attitude. Experience Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, Accounting/Finance or equivalent work experience. 5+ years of extensive experience as an SAP ECC business analyst/configurator in the FICO module. Knowledge of SAP data dictionary and common SAP tables. Demonstrated production support knowledge and configuration experience in SAP FICO including General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Fixed Asset Accounting, Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Internal Orders and Product Costing. Strong analytical and problem solving skills Experience working with cross functional SAP modules and integration knowledge Familiar with accounting business processes Experience working with all levels of the organization, both technical and non-technical. Ability to work in a team environment and independently Experience in coal or energy industry a plus.
