Key Responsibilities Manages a mechanical engineering group with specific responsibility for mechanical systems and equipment design function, staffing, technical mentoring as required within the engineering group, staff professional and personal development, team building, defining organizational roles, hiring and retention. Additional responsibilities include developing and sustaining supervisors/technical leaders for key areas of responsibility, and budget adherence.
