**This opportunity is a contractor role, with possible full-time conversion. The Application Support Technician is the first point of contact for all our Ferguson Associates. While providing a high level of customer service, the Application Support Technician answers incoming calls, tracks information in a ticketing system, uses a knowledge base tool along with their own personal expertise to resolve incidents in a timely fashion. The Application Support Technician escalates unresolved problem/issues/requests to the other support teams through FEI IT as required.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
In addition to the essential job functions described above, all associates will perform duties as requested by management. Heavily utilize training, documentation/knowledge, and peers to develop Troubleshooting and Research skills. Consistently document and troubleshoot any reported issue.Develop and maintain strong relationships within the IT department.Develop and maintain an understanding of Corporate and IT policies and procedures.Develop good verbal and written communication skills.Develop “creative thinking” in troubleshooting techniques.Develop solid customer service and follow-up skills.Comply with defined ITIL processes.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Must have basic SQL knowledge.6-18 months relevant experience in a technical call center or comparable education.Experience with call/chat interface is ideal, along with any experience with ticketing systems Must have a basic understanding of general Programming languages.Oracle Cloud Infrastructure experience is preferred.Prior experience with EDI is preferred.Experience with mobile device OS is preferred Experience using MS Office products.Good communication skills required, both written and verbal.Good organizational skills preferred.Excellent customer service skills required.

Lead Applicator Technician
provides leadership and supervision at project sites and enforces policies, safety regulations, and working rules. This position coordinates and advises the activities of assigned crew members and performs general construction activities when applicable.

What You'll Do:
Effectively manage and maintain the safe operation of equipment for the successful completion of each project Continually inspect work performed by crew for quality and specification compliance following quality assurance and quality control procedures Analyze and resolve work problems, and lead crew members in discovering resolution Ability to technically perform and manage all requirements required of Applicator 1 through 3 positions at a high level of expertise Conduct daily safety/toolbox meetings (STA’s) Ability to understand project blueprints/drawings and accurately articulate technical details regarding product and project specifications Ability to identify change in conditions and potential change order requests


What We Need from You:
High School diploma or equivalent preferred Requires 5+ years of Fiber Reinforced Polymer (FRP) installation experience, previous technician and/or foreman experience for other FRP systems Construction experience, specifically around epoxy applications, composites, concrete repair, demolition, finishing or pouring preferred Valid driver’s license required with clean DMV record Extensive domestic travel required (90%+) and may be required to travel internationally on occasion Quickly learn functional and technical standards, processes and procedures through classroom setting and on-the-job training Familiarity with use of full body harness and full-face respirator (must be willing to be shaven to the extent that full-face respirator can be worn and operated properly) Work independently and as a member or team leader of a highly diverse and high functioning team Quickly form diverse crew members into a motivated and cohesive team while maintaining a fast paced, focused environment Adhere to high professional standards, understand implications of actions and subsequent impact on work and team members, and accept accountability for actions Fairly and consistently manage crew members to company established policies, procedures, and processes Communicate in a concise and respectful manner with all levels of employees, customers, and vendors Perform mathematical calculations, interpret instructions, and deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situation Ability to climb, balance, stoop, bend, reach, kneel, crawl, stretch, use hands to handle objects, tools, or controls, talk/hear without visual cues, lift, push, and pull up to 75 lbs., and work in confined spaces for extended periods of time Comfortable working outside at job sites with moving vehicles and mechanical operations, occasional exposure to fumes or airborne particles, and moderate to high noise levels
