In this role, you will provide domain expertise in microwave product development projects from a design and development perspective. You will work with a cross-functional team of experts to deliver innovative solutions spanning the entire product development life cycle, from planning and architecture development to production hand-off and continuous improvement activities. RF Microwave Design Engineer - How you'll make an impact: Designing and modeling RF/Microwave Antennas and elements from 1 GHz to 50 GHz, utilizing computer design tools such as HFSS, ADS, CST, GRASP, WIPL, MATLAB etc. Designing prototypes and providing sustaining engineering support for custom Radio Frequency/Microwave assemblies and sub-systems. Analysis and test of RF/Microwave Antennas, hybrids, feed structures, filters and elements. Defining and conducting tests to validate performance of RF designs to requirements. Managing appropriate aspects of supplier and partner performance to ensure compliance to requirements. Being a self-motivated team player capable of working with minimum direction. RF Microwave Design Engineer - What you'll need to succeed: Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering or equivalent STEM degree with 2-5 years of industry experience in RF Microwave Design. Hands-on trouble shooting and analysis of RF and microwave circuits and designs using engineering methods and standard lab equipment. Various packaging techniques and operating environments and the design opportunities and challenges they bring. Hands-on experience with state-of-the-art RF components and test equipment. Minimum of 2 years' experience designing and developing advanced microwave and millimeter wave subsystems and components. Experience with linear simulators and EM simulators. Two (2) + years' experience in RF/Microwave Antenna design. Two (2) + years' experience with RF measurements including VSWR, Insertion Loss, Phase, Coupling, Pattern and Gain measurements, Radar Cross Section. Familiarity with analysis tools such as HFSS. MRI Technologists are responsible for maintaining equipment, adhering to safety protocols, and ensuring patient-centered care throughout the imaging process. Essential Work Functions: Screen patients for MRI safety and contraindications prior to procedure, ensuring compliance with safety protocols Educate patients on MRI procedure and answers questions if they arise Maintain, inspect, and troubleshoot MRI equipment to ensure proper functionality and report any malfunctions Start I.V.s and administer contrast media per orders and protocol, monitoring patients for adverse reactions Monitor image quality during procedures and make adjustments to scanning parameters for optimal diagnostic results Document all procedure details, including imaging parameters and patient observations, in compliance with hospital policies Collaborate with radiologists and healthcare providers to ensure accurate diagnostic imaging and timely delivery of results Maintain a clean, organized workspace in compliance with infection control and hospital policies Follow hospital safety rules and procedures including infection control and radiation safety protocols Perform other duties as assigned within the scope of an MRI Technologist Required Essential Skills: Critical thinking, service excellence, and good interpersonal communication skills The ability to read, write, and communicate in the English language Ability to read/comprehend written instructions, follow verbal instructions, and proficiency in PC skills Physical Abilities - Must be able to remain in a stationary position, move about, move equipment (50-100lbs), push, pull, and bend Interpersonal Skills - Must be able to work effectively with a variety of personnel (professional and ancillary) to present a positive attitude and professionalism Technical/Motor Skills - Must have the ability to grasp, perform fine manipulation, push/pull, and move about when assisting with procedures and/or using department equipment Mental Requirements - Must be able to cope with frequent contact with the general public and customers while meeting deadlines under pressure.
