What you'll do:
In our fast-paced team environment, you will partner with our customers and Account Managers to find products and services, solve customer needs, and build ongoing positive business relationships.

* Sourcing parts
* Assist in generating sales
* Help in the stockroom as needed, deliver orders to customers as needed
Qualifications:
* 1+ year customer service or inside sales, mechanical or maintenance experience. Industrial distribution or parts counter environment preferred

* Act as local, technical fluid power expert in assigned region including facilitating technical supplier interactions with internal sales teams and customers
* Confer with customers, supplier representatives and internal resources to prepare and present fluid power solutions to both internal associates and customers in order to drive new business. This includes reviewing installed solutions, drawings, plans and other customer documents to prepare technical proposals involving products and services offered.
* Conduct fluid power training for both internal associates and customers to increase knowledge of Fluid Power and demonstrate expertise and value
* Develop professional working relationships with key supplier resources to help specify products and systems that will enhance customer performance
* Coordinate projects with US Service Center personnel
* Assist development of the Fluid Power collaborative knowledge base including applications, interchanges, case histories, Documented Value Added activities, market activities and competitor activities
Position Requirements:
* 3+ years fluid power experience including practical applications (hydraulic and/or pneumatic)

We are looking for a Warehouse Route Driver to join our Rexel team in Denver, CO!
Summary:
Employee's level and pay will be dependent on their level of experience, knowledge, and capabilities. The Warehouse Route Driver is responsible for delivering products to/from customers, company branch/warehouse locations, and company suppliers in a delivery van or box truck (No CDL required). Responsible for ensuring that deliveries are prepared to meet customer requirements in the most efficient manner and materials are correct and free of damage.
This position's schedule is from 7:00 PM to 3:00 AM Monday through Friday. This position has a $1,500 sign on bonus & weekends off!
What You'll Do:
* Inspect company vehicle for visual and operating defects; responsible for completing a daily inspection report
* Keep company vehicle clean, serviced, and maintained; alert supervisor of repair and/or service needed
* Must follow Department of Transportation (DOT), local and state driving laws and regulations
* Load or unload vehicle and ensure all material for each order is correct (quantity and type of material) and that material is free of damage before departure
* May assist in preparing orders for delivery
* Ensure all appropriate documentation is thoroughly completed at the time of delivery, including delivery receipt is signed by the customer, packing list and branch/warehouse manifest
* Pick up material returns from customers; responsible for inspecting the condition of the material and verifies quantities and catalog numbers
* Pick up material from company suppliers
* Senior Truck Driver will participate in the training of entry level Truck Drivers; and provides mentorship and coaching
* May be required to support other Warehouse duties such as preparing and filling orders and/or receiving, stocking, staging, and shipping material

Dal-Tile is currently seeking an exceptional **Showroom Sales Specialist** to join our TEAM! As the **Showroom Sales Specialist** **,** we need someone to provide interior design and product selection advice, product expertise, and thorough follow-up to facilitate customer experience and influence sales/purchasing decisions. Uses the showroom as a selling tool to drive specifications, sales, and brand awareness.
**_Saturdays are required for this role_**
**Expected base pay rates for the role will be between $64,000 and $80,000 per year at the commencement of employment. However, base pay if hired will be determined on an individualized basis and is only part of the compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, incentive compensation, discretionary bonuses, other short and long-term incentive packages, and other company-sponsored benefit programs.**
**Primary Responsibilities:**
+ Provides interior design advice and product expertise, facilitates tile and stone selection, and project development/support, ensuring the completion of selection/sales for all customers.
+ Logs all client showroom visits, contact information, and detailed customer preference and selection notes in CMT. Effectively communicates with customers and internal team members to follow the lead and ensure tracking/follow-up and sales closure. Reports sales closures monthly.
+ Prospects for new business with an emphasis on Custom Builders and Residential Designers. Makes outside sales calls as needed and follows up on leads to grow and drive business. Logs all customer showroom visits/appointments, contact information, and detailed customer preference and selection notes in CMT.
+ Maintains showroom samples and merchandising, including ordering, receiving, and maintaining models and displays. Ships customer examples as needed to drive sales. Maintains contact with suppliers/locally sourced vendors to keep current on design and product offerings and complies with Marketings standards for proper showroom merchandising, including new product launches and drops.
+ Plans and hosts showroom tours and small and large events for industry trade to drive customer sales. Attends outside trade events to develop industry relationships and build brand awareness.
**Experience and Knowledge Required**
+ A four-year degree in a related field, four years of related experience, or a combination of a two-year degree with two years of related experience.
+ Competencies: Sales/Customer engagement/Customer service, Design/sketching/reading blueprints/color coordination/interior design trends/customer buying habits/creative thinking.
+ Ability to approach unfamiliar situations and conceptualize innovative and imaginative solutions easily, using creative skills to document and sell them to clients.
+ Computer skills MS Office, MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Customer management tools a plus.
+ Excellent oral, written, listening, and interpersonal communication skills are necessary to effectively interact with customers, team members, management, and other internal and external customers to build positive interpersonal relationships with various business partners.
