Preferred Qualifications: • Lead role experience, 5+ years of testing experience including planning, set-up, and test execution. • Experience with Fiber Optic Strain sensor fabrication, installation, and system operation • Experience with MIL-STD-1553 • Ability to assess anomalies and develop resolutions in conjunction with Engineering. • Ability to adhere to necessary processes, procedures, and protocols. • Ability to perform manual labor including but not limited to lifting and moving heavy test equipment, trench covers, often heavy cables and harnessing • Desire to learn and assume multi-disciplined technician roles such as: instrumentation, mechanical setup, dynamic testing, environmental/thermal testing • DoD Top Secret Clearance and SCI Primary Level Salary Range: $79,100.00 - $131,900.00The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
