Role Responsibilities:

Minimum Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Talent Acquisition, Human Resources, or a related field.
* 15+ years of HR experience, with a strong focus on talent acquisition or talent operations, and exposure to HRIS technology.
* 5+ years of leadership experience, including managing virtual and matrixed teams.

Responsibilities:
Following are some of the responsibilities of the Director of Mask Computational Software Products Group:
Own and drive all aspects of the software group business, P&L, product strategy, customer engagements and development and field engineering
Directly engage with mask-shop and fab reticle requal customers to understand their most challenging problems in the areas of mask inspection and defect disposition, propose solutions using advanced computational software and algorithms, then drive the development and deployment on these solutions to resolve their issues
Come up with innovative application use-case ideas and find continuous improvements in production mask-making and reticle requal flows
Leverage advanced image processing, optical and lithography modeling, and numerical and AI methods to come up with unique and advanced software offerings in the mask defect disposition space
Develop and socialize clear requirements for new use-cases, and brainstorm on possible technology approaches with algo, software and expert application engineers
Build strong positive relationships and credibility with internal engineering teams, key customers and field teams leveraging their strengths and support to deliver on software solutions
Drive key projects and customer engagements through weekly progress meetings
Work harmoniously across functional and division teams
Prepare and deliver periodic program updates and clearly communicate progress, issues, help needed and plans with senior management

+ Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field from an accredited university with minimum of 5 years of experience in HR Function and/or Payroll/Time & Attendance area, or a high school diploma / GED with at least 9 years of experience in HR Function and/or Payroll/Time & Attendance area.
+ Expertise in Workday Payroll, time & attendance systems and integration with payroll processes.
+ Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local payroll regulations, including FLSA, tax compliance and reporting.
+ Willing to travel as needed up to 15%.
