Position Requirements This position requires the following skills and attributes: * College degree or equivalent relevant work experience. * Three or more years of experience in Hardware and Inventory Management a plus. * General Information Technology knowledge of hardware and software (Service Desk, and copier vendors). * Experience with Hardware Asset management ERP systems. * Technology procurement experience is a plus. * Experience with Office 365, Adobe Acrobat and MS Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word). * Computer, copy machine, phone and pallet jack. * The primary work environment is office space, with occasional warehouse work, where safety vests are required. Meetings may also take place using remote communication methods, such as Microsoft Teams. Perform an array of functions that may include receiving and processing incoming products, loading and unloading trucks, packing and shipping orders, organizing and retrieving stock in the warehouse. Warehouse Assistant is responsible for assisting with warehouse inventory tracking, auditing, shipping/receiving, and ordering process. Ensure warehouse is clean and safe at all times. Key Responsibilities Warehouse & Inventory Responsibilities: Assist the Operations Manager in performing warehouse storage, shipping, and receiving of in-kind donations, purchasing products, and all other agency inventory-related task. Screens and completes facility request. Ensures that merchandise is secure and properly stored. Processes, sorts, evaluates and test donations. Ensure safety of warehouse. Assists with loading and unloading trucks. Drives and assists with product pickups as needed. Assists with facility upkeep. Administrative Responsibilities: Communicates with facilities on status of orders. Treatment Setting Responsibilities: Maintains appropriate staff/participant boundaries at all times. Performs periodic house runs to ensure and maintain the safety and security of the facility as needed. Assists with warehouse pick-ups. May work evening, weekends and holidays as needed.
