Applied Science University company history timeline
In late 2011, SEAS began the latest chapter of its story, with the Science and Engineering Hall groundbreaking.
In 2012, as a result of a major restructuring at UA Little Rock, the Department of Applied Science was dissolved and the Applied Science Program was moved under the College of Arts, Letters, and Sciences.
When it was completed in late 2014, this $300 million, 500,000 square foot, state-of-the-art building became the home of SEAS research in biomedical engineering, cybersecurity, high-performance computing, nanotechnologies, robotics, and many other fields.
