Her areas of expertise included expensive involvement with initial and secondary public offerings, SEC reporting, complex technical accounting matters, SOX compliance and audit. Elena started her Big 4 career in 1997 at PwC office in Moscow, Russia and acquired significant IFRS and London Stock Exchange reporting experience before reallocating to PwC Silicon Valley office in 2000.
