    The Group Licensing Representative performs functions of Group Licensing & Compensation. Assists in all functions including answering telephone calls, responding to email, and processing appointments, terminations, and background investigations. This is a hybrid role working partially in-office Lincoln, NE and partially from home. Develop & maintain smooth, cooperative relationships with peers, subordinates, superiors & partners. Written and verbal correspondence with producers, sales reps, and State Insurance Departments. Generate and implement Process Improvement ideas. Eliminate obstacles in support of sales culture. Additional duties as required.
