THE ROLE
The Ticket Sales Representative is primarily responsible for driving revenue and hitting sales goals around the season, group, and premium ticket packages for Georgetown men's basketball. This person should be a self-motivated and positive professional. The Ticket Sales Representative will work under the direction and guidance of the General Manager.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The candidate will be responsible for offering a full menu of seating opportunities for Georgetown Men's Basketball.
Coordinate and execute sales calls on all potential customers through provide leads, prospecting, cold callings, and referrals from current customers.
Effectively use CRM to maintain accurate records of all client and prospect interactions.
