As a Cold Caller, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, introducing them to our clients' products and services, and setting appointments for our sales team. This is a commission-based role, ideal for individuals who are persuasive, energetic, and passionate about sales. We are currently based in Florida and we currently install 100+ projects a month. Our average install time is 26 days, and you will get paid when panels hit the roof. Setter's commission: 30% of total commission from first 10 sales. 40% for the 20 after that, and 50% for all sales after that. Or after your first 10 appointments that sell you can train and move to closing. Average total commission from 1 sale is $5,000-$7,000.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers from a provided list.
Introduce and explain our clients' products and services to prospects.
Qualify leads and gather relevant information from potential customers.
Set appointments for the sales team.
Maintain accurate records of calls and leads in our CRM system.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or sales is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong persuasive skills and ability to handle objections.
Be able to go a month without pay (it takes a little while to get the commissions going, but once they do, they are really high!).
