Key Responsibilities:
Client Outreach: Initiate contact with prospective clients via phone, email, and messaging platforms to introduce our services
Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule appointments for travel advisors using online calendars and scheduling tools
Follow-Up: Respond to basic questions and ensure interested clients are prepared for consultations
Data Management: Maintain accurate records of outreach efforts and scheduled meetings in CRM tools
Requirements:
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to build rapport quickly and professionally

Comfortable using scheduling software, email platforms, and CRM systems
Experience in customer service, appointment setting, or virtual assistance is a plus

Mark tasks as completed in the CRM to maintain workflow accuracy.

Performance Expectations
