As a Setter, you will be working with homeowners to schedule appointments for our Solar Sales Representatives. Your responsibility is not to close sales, but to go door-to-door and pique enough interest for them to sit down with a Representative.

Compensation:
This is a 1099, commission only position
Setters can earn up to $2000/week, working Monday through Friday
Your income potential is uncapped. Our average AppointmentSetter makes between $60k-$100k per year, with our top reps earning over $150k per year
Our training program is top notch and has a track record of getting new reps up to speed and producing top financial results within 4 weeks. You will be training with and learning from some of the best setters in the industry with thousands of hours of combined experience to develop and master the art of setting appointments. We don't believe in sending you out to neighborhoods alone to “sink or swim”. This is a hands-on training program where you will be in neighborhoods with other team members getting personal mentoring and coaching.
Responsibilities:
Knock Door-to-Door in designated areas with other team members
Set appointments with homeowners to review their solar proposal
Help homeowners save money and lower their power bill
Hold yourself to the standards and reputation of Icon Power
Attend meetings as appropriate
Share and learn best practices
Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly and annual goals as determined by leadership
Attend ongoing training and activities to promote continued education in our industry

Qualifications:
Great verbal communication skills
Positive attitude
Ability to work on your feet for several hours
Willingness to listen, learn, and master your craft
No previous experience required but is a plus
Requirements:
Reliable transportation
Ability to work in extreme environments (example: hot sun, cold, etc)
