Additional details:
* This is a part-time opportunity. At Southwest, Part-Time Employees generally work 32 hours over 5 days, but schedules are determined in accordance with a seniority-based bidding process.
* New Hires will complete 4-6 weeks of training. Training will consist of 8-hours of classroom or on-the-job training over 5 days each week.

Duties and Responsibilities
* Warehouse area:
* Works in warehouse, preparing items for stocking and operating forklift and pallet jacks as necessary
* Packs and repacks liquor, beer, wine containers and completes inventory with an electronic device
* Loads and stores multiple bags of ice for loading onto provisioning trucks. Handles 30 or more bags of ice a day per shift
* Prepares perishable items for stocking on aircraft
* Reviews flight information to plan for snack flights. Consolidates snacks which are consumed for future flights
* Packs and repacks entertainment kits and assures aircraft is equipped with such kits.
* Keeps work area clean by sweeping, mopping, wiping down counter tops and organizing warehouse supplies
* Maintains provisioning truck in a clean orderly manner. Prepares for the provisioning of flights by stocking provisioning trucks with items from the warehouse on a frequent basis
* Ramp Area:
* Loads, unloads and services Company aircraft. Transports company material (COMAT) to and from aircraft
* Performs job in a safe manner in compliance with Company, contractual and regulatory requirements
* Safely drives and operates a provisioning truck in the airport ramp area
* Works in the vicinity of and between passenger terminals, aircraft, hangers, jetways, Warehouses, and air freight facilities, both indoors and outdoors.
* As qualified, operates all motorized ground service equipment (including bag tugs, golf carts, forklifts, pallet jacks, and passenger vehicles) assigned by the Company to complete airline operations
* May be exposed to a wide variety of weather conditions, jet and machinery noises, dirt and dust for extended period of time
* Stocks the aircraft galley with ice, beverages, soda, pre-packed liquor, beer, wine, snacks, cups, paper products and other provisions

Responsibilities
Facilitate efficient movement of vessels in Houston/Texas City/Freeport.
Pre-plan for husbandry items, services, repairs, and crew change to ensure efficient and cost effective service to all vessels.
Maintain professional relationship with governmental authorities, port personnel, pilots, towage companies, line handlers, vetting/sire inspectors, customers, and other key vendors necessary for efficient handling of vessel operations while in the designated area.
Prepare and submit proper documentation for U.S. Customs and other Authorities pre and post vessel call.
Interface between owners/vessels and external Authorities.
Proper knowledge regarding NOR processes to berths (verbal and written).
Retrieve and process cargo paperwork per Odfjell Requirements and Guidelines Manual.
Ensure gate lists are accurate with current vendor information.
Close coordination with Port Operator on all vessel activities.
Work hours including weekends, and holidays (via cell phone and email).
Must pass company physical and be suited for vessel boarding/carriage of packages.
Must either possess Transportation Worker Identification Credential (TWIC card) or be able to obtain one.
Tasks
Send out standard vessel pre-arrival email to assigned vessel.
Coordinate arrival/departure of vessels with appropriate Authorities (USCG/USCBP) in timely manner utilizing proper forms and/or certificates.
Submit 3171 for permission to laden and unladen each vessel, minimum 48 hours prior to arrival at a port location.
Monitor submission of vessel ENOA/ENOD.
Generate and maintain a list of owner's items, repairs, services, bunkers/lubes, technicians, vettings, and crew changes that are required during the port stay.
Review the AMS filed for the vessel.
Review and monitor the Port Operators rotation pre-plan for assigned vessel to facilitate effective vessel call.
Ensure vessel has proper customs forms on board for US Customs and assist in completing as necessary (1303, 1304, I-418).
Make appointment with USCG for Certificate of Compliance inspection
Tender, monitor, and drop NOR to terminals, both verbal & in writing.
Set all pilots, tugs, and line handlers for vessel.
Complete 1300 & 1301 for each vessel.
Ensure a TPE (Telephonic entry) has been granted for cargo operations to proceed.
Submit gate list for all berth calls.
Deliver cash to master and or sweeping money.
Facilitate crew change..
Arrange hotel for crew as needed or requested by Master.
Board vessel minimum upon foreign arrival, departure foreign, with no more than 48 hours lapsing unless vessel is at anchor or lay-berth awaiting berth.
Wear proper PPE for entry to terminals and vessels.
Advise U.S.D.A. (U.S. Department of Agriculture - via Customs) of all vessel arrivals, foreign or coastwise.
Collect: Ship Registry, Loadline Certificate, Safety Equipment Certificate, Certificate of Financial Responsibility, International Tonnage Certificate, receipts for U.S. Tonnage Tax and User Fees from vessel for submission to Customs along with proper forms.
Arrange for lay-berth as required by vessel.
Create SOF and provide all cargo documents within 24 hours of vessel departing each terminal.
Communicate with outside owners and ship management companies for time charter and commercial management groups on all husbandry, repair, and services matters.
Work closely with Odfjell Ship Management on all crew, service, repair and husbandry matters.
File Complete Customs documentation in timely manner (1302, 1302a, I-418) for departure of vessels.
Review and code invoices to verify cost and service provided are accurately billed.
Attend to other matters as assigned by supervisor Attend to QHSE matters in compliance with company's Quality Management Systems, use of company's non-conformance system, assessing risks, in order to strive for continuous improvement
Ensure that all files and systems are updated and ready for handover before relocation of team members, including leaving the company, such as relevant electronic systems and hard copy files.

Setters can earn up to $2000/week, working Monday through Friday
Your income potential is uncapped. Our average AppointmentSetter makes between $60k-$100k per year, with our top reps earning over $150k per year
Our training program is top notch and has a track record of getting new reps up to speed and producing top financial results within 4 weeks. You will be training with and learning from some of the best setters in the industry with thousands of hours of combined experience to develop and master the art of setting appointments. We don't believe in sending you out to neighborhoods alone to “sink or swim”. This is a hands-on training program where you will be in neighborhoods with other team members getting personal mentoring and coaching.
Responsibilities:
Knock Door-to-Door in designated areas with other team members
Set appointments with homeowners to review their solar proposal
Help homeowners save money and lower their power bill
Hold yourself to the standards and reputation of Icon Power
Attend meetings as appropriate
Share and learn best practices
Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly and annual goals as determined by leadership
Attend ongoing training and activities to promote continued education in our industry

Key Responsibilities
As a critical and meaningful role within the Richelieu organization, the Telemarketing position is primarily responsible for inside sales development for a portion of our local sales region. This person will primarily:

Developed customer service, problem-solving, and project management skills

Strong sense of drive and creativity
Experience using Word, Excel, and basic Outlook systems. AS400 experience is helpful, but is not required
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications; must be able to effectively use Excel, Word, Outlook for daily responsibilities and tasks
