Control System Maintenance (CSM) Mechanics work under the supervision of a team manager and performs a wide variety of skilled maintenance work related to the installation and repair of plant instrumentation and electrical equipment. CSMs works with peers to manage the day-to-day needs of the clients in the assigned area of responsibility. Using electrical single line drawings, schematic diagrams, the National Electric Code, Process Industry Practices, and Standard Engineering Practices associated with Control Systems Maintenance (CSM) work and equipment, CSMs performs a wide variety of electrical, electronic, and instrumentation work as well as performing limited mechanical tasks. Because most documentation for electrical equipment and instrumentation, work orders, process change orders, and cost systems is maintained electronically, this position requires the use of SAP system and internal computer databases to enter and retrieve data daily. CSMs work in elevated locations, confined spaces, and extremes in ambient temperatures and must wear FR Clothing. This is a safety sensitive position. CSMs must satisfactorily pass a respirator fit test and be capable of working near rotating and moving machinery. CSMs agree to enter a DOL licensed apprenticeship program managed by FutureFuel with the majority of study being conducted on their own (non-paid) time. Progress reviews documenting job growth, performance, and attendance will be conducted at 16-week intervals. If you're a licensed electrician passionate about high-quality workmanship, safety, and teamwork, we want you on our team! About the Role: As a Licensed Journeyman or Apprentice Electrician, you will work on a Dollar General remodel projects. Key Responsibilities: Install, maintain, and troubleshoot electrical systems in a commercial environment. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams to ensure accurate installation. Bend, cut, thread, and install conduit to precise measurements. Pull wire and terminate cable. Install and maintain lighting systems. Work independently or collaboratively with other electricians and construction teams. Follow all job-site safety protocols and OSHA regulations. Ensure timely completion of tasks without sacrificing quality or safety. Minimum Requirements: Active Journeyman Electrician License issued by the State of Arkansas (required).
