Productivity Planning for assigned scope of work
Material Phasing - Organize Material by specific areas/floors. (keep track of materials inventories).
Tools & Equipment - Identify all tools and equipment required to support each crew (Gang box Assignments, tool inspection and keep track of tools by signing sheet in-out).
Information Packages - Each crew activity must have information packages (contract drawings, shop drawings, panel schedules, cut sheets, etc...).
Keep control of breaks (loss time of personal breaks smoking time, conversation time).
Daily hour/unit reports for their crews - Submit hours/units daily for each employee assigned to Foreman on established from (Standard Time Sheet).
Quality control inspections of work completed - Must follow established QC plan & check lists.
Responsible for installing the work in a professional manner and high-quality standard.
Maintaining accurate as built drawings - As-built drawings are to be updated and logged onto master record contract drawings a minimum of once a week.
Inventory of all tools & equipment at the day's end for assigned tools & equipment. (Everything must be accountable & secure) inventory/inspection sheets to be turned in every Monday.
Lost/Stolen/Damage tool report.
AHA's - All AHA's related to Foreman's scope of work must be reviewed, signed by each crew member and stored at their gang box in the field.
Support Equipment Inspection - Foreman must submit daily equipment inspection sheets for all equipment assigned to Foreman once a week.
Accident/Incident Reporting & Investigation - Must follow the established procedures for responding and reporting accident and incidents. All reports must be submitted within 24 hours of accident/incident.
Clean Up - Foreman and Crew leader are responsible for all clean up related to their scope of work. All work areas are to be left in a broom swept condition at the end of the day.
Quality of work completed must follow:
Ensure installation meets/exceeds codes, contractual obligations, best practices and other requirements as mandated by the Corporate Quality Policy.
Ensure all facets of Project Quality Plan are reviewed and implemented. Any deviations are properly documented and communicated to site Q.C. representative for approval prior to proceeding any further.
Participate and assist the Site Q.C. representative in the implementation of 3-Phase Quality Control, which includes Preparatory, Initial & Follow-up for each Definable Feature of Work (DFOW) under the crew leader's responsibility.
Properly document and return the CQC checklists to Site Q.C. representative ensuring installation inspections are done timely and facilitate the adherence to QAQC schedule.
Initiate Various Discrepancy Notices (EDN, DDN, PDN, FDN, ADN, PITDN, CDN) in order to ensure issues arising during construction are properly documented and communicated for resolution.
Review and provide feedback on weekly installation quality scorecards as generated by QAQC service center to ensure systemic issues are addressed through formal root cause, corrective and preventive action.
Review ongoing quality issues identified in the daily Q.C. report with the crew to ensure mitigation/elimination of the nonconformities.
Ensure nonconformity tags identified on discrepant installation by site Q.C. representative is timely resolved.
Participate in QAQC Design Review of Engineering & Coordination drawings to identify constructability issues.
Participate and provide feedback on Quality portion of the daily ORM work briefing.

• Understands and adheres to governmental regulatory programs and policies. These may include but are not limited to National Electrical Code, Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), Uniform Building Code (UBC), National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) 70, National Electric Code, NFPA 70B Electrical Maintenance, NFPA 70E Arc Flash Electrical Safety, NFPA 79 Electrical Standard for Industrial Machinery and local government environmental agency policies.
• Understands and uses code for troubleshooting Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs), Human Machine Interfaces (HMIs), Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs), Servo controllers, etc.
• Practices and complies with all plant and maintenance department safety procedures, including but not limited to: Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), Lock-Out - Tag-Out; Arc Flash, Hot Work Permits, and Confined Space Permits.
• Completes calibration and set-up of instrumentation devices and transmitters by using provided work instructions.

• Documents the cause of the failure and works with maintenance team, planner, supervisor, or other team members to take action to prevent a reoccurrence of the failure.
• Understands and interprets technical documents and diagrams which include but are not limited to factory manuals, blueprints, schematics, Single Line Electrical Drawings, mechanical and electrical equipment schematics, pneumatics, hydraulics, and Process and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&ID's), etc.
• Applies industry knowledge to identify aging and obsolete automation hardware.
• May perform other duties as required.

ROLE SUMMARY:
Under general supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor, this position is responsible for troubleshooting, training, repair and maintenance of electrical and PLC components of production lines, facilities, equipment, power systems, etc. fast paced, high volume manufacturing and distribution facility. This position is utilized throughout the facility in both GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) regulated and nonregulated departments.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (*denotes essential job functions):
Responsible at all times for promoting a safety culture and awareness within their area. Support and adhere to all plant safety policies and procedures at all times.
Follow blueprints and specifications to install electrical wires, cables and conduit systems.
Provide technical support including troubleshooting, machines repairs, PLC's, adjustments, elimination of bottlenecks, machine set-up, changeover execution and running equipment as needed.
Perform all maintenance activities such as predictive and preventative maintenance, work orders and improvement projects via the CMMS system.
Coordinate and perform all maintenance activities (PM, work orders, improvement projects, etc.) to effectively balance maintenance and production needs.
Root cause analysis to troubleshoot and eliminate primary causes of downtime, etc. to improve OEE (overall equipment effectiveness).
Facilities maintenance including maintenance and repair of all building and ground support systems
Active participation in training and certification program as needed in technical aspects of machinery to include set-ups, changeovers, troubleshooting, etc.
Ensures all quality and food safety practices are followed at all times in support of the VMS (vitamin and mineral supplement) business.
Assist with the training and certification program as needed.
All other related duties as required and assigned.
MINIMUM EDUCATION, TRAINING, AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
High School Diploma or GED required.
Strong mechanical aptitude and knowledge of three phases electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic and PLC controls, shop math skills and strong troubleshooting ability required
Allen-Bradley SLC experience and three-phase electrical knowledge required.
Knowledge of industrial controls, sub-stations, motor control centers, power distribution panels, electrical starters, variable frequency drives and programmable controllers required.
PREFERED EDUCATION, TRAINING, AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's Degree or certificate from a mechanical vocational school.
3-5 years' experience of proven maintenance experience in a fast-paced lean manufacturing environment preferred; CPG (consumer packaged goods) industry a plus
Strong computer skills required; previous experience with SAP or CMMS preferred.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
Excellent interpersonal skills - ability to build positive relationships at all levels of the organization.

WORKING CONDITIONS:
The work area may experience varying temperatures, from cooler storage areas to warmer production zones. Proper ventilation is provided, but candidates should be prepared for occasional exposure to strong odors or fumes from the materials being processed.
The candidate will be required to wear all appropriate PPE for the work they are performing within the facility. The PPE may vary from hearing protection to flame retardant gear.

We are looking for skilled production electricians for our 2nd shift team! This is a great role for someone who can install conduit. There is some training provided! Apply now!
What you will do:
Wire and test complicated standard and non-standard wiring installations of panel boards and control equipment on machines and special package units to various specifications and codes, such as NEMA, UL, IEC etc.
Installs basic conduit systems and performs basic conduit bending
Uses basic motor circuits and sizes them per our chart
Makes motor terminations / connections
Performs and controls testing for sound, refrigerant, CFM, and other problems
Required to understand and interpret electrical wiring diagrams, drawings, blueprints, and schematics
Diagnose and correct errors during assembly and testing of electrical devices
Use various hand tools, band saws and threading equipment as required Detect unusual conditions or material defects and report to proper supervision Perform necessary material handling associated with the job
Maintain and record labor, production records in relation to time, quality, quantity and other records
Maintain clean, safe work area and equipment according to 5S standards
May be called upon to participate within special work teams performing various team related duties. Including Kaizen events, 5S programs and problem-solving exercises Follow all safety policies, procedures and JHRA's
Required Qualification:
High School Diploma or GED required

HOURS: 2nd shift 2pm-10pm M-F
HIRING HOURLY PAY: $28.23 (rate increase to $29.08 will go into effect 2/22/2026)
