As an ApprenticeElectrician, you will work under the guidance of a Journeyman or more senior level Electrician to assist in the installation, alteration, addition and/or repair of electrical systems on commercial work sites. Requirements
Core Responsibilities:
Gather & prepare necessary tools & materials to be used at job site
Maintain a clean & safe work area & secure material, tools & equipment in appropriate storage areas at the end of the work day
Utilize hand tools effectively for various tasks related to building and maintaining electrical systems
Measure, cut, bend & install conduit & wire
Install boxes & electrical devices
Trace out short circuits
Perform other project related duties assigned by crew leader or other senior electrician
Desired Qualifications:
Must pass a drug screen
High school diploma or equivalent
Valid TDLR Apprentice License (or meet qualifications to obtain one)
At least 1 year Commercial Electrical Experience preferred
Have own hand tools; we will provide specialty tools
