Electrical Foreman Duties and Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate activities of electricians Plan and layout wiring diagrams, conduit systems, and electrical panel locations Ensure adherence to safety standards and procedures Monitor the progress of projects to ensure they stay on schedule and within budget Troubleshoot electrical problems and diagnose issues Train and mentor electrical apprentices in safety protocols and job skills Ensure that all materials and equipment are available for projects Monitor the work of electricians to ensure quality of work meets standards Requirements and Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent 5+ years of experience in electrical installation and wiring Proven experience in a lead or supervisory role Working knowledge of electrical codes and regulations Able to interpret wiring diagrams and schematics Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Able to work in a fast-paced environment Valid drivers license and clean driving record Preferred Skills Experience installing whole home solutions such as: Lutron RA2, RA3, HomeWorks; Crestron, Savant, etc.
