You will not be limited to only solar plus battery installs. There may be times when you are doing solar-only jobs or possibly even a charger install. Electricians at Good Faith Energy have to be flexible and nimble. Good Faith Energy electricians are problem-solving professionals. We can do anything we put our minds to with the help of each other. We are a team and a family; we have each other's backs and work together for each other. Duties and Responsibilities Must be fully qualified and capable of working directly with project management to understand and evaluate scheduled electrical work needed to complete projects in a timely manner. Must be capable of performing all duties associated with the crew lead position and in addition. Must be able to self-prepare for all scopes of electrical work needed by evaluating pictures from site assessment and communicating directly with the project management and design team about any necessary changes or improvements to the electrical plan set.
