Summary:

ROLE SUMMARY:
Under general supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor, this position is responsible for troubleshooting, training, repair and maintenance of electrical and PLC components of production lines, facilities, equipment, power systems, etc. fast paced, high volume manufacturing and distribution facility. You are eager to learn as a HVAC Apprentice. By asking questions, observing, and emulating our company values, you learn the tricks of the trade. You go out in the field with the best technicians in the area and aid them as they complete installations and start up heating, air conditioning, water heating, and water treatment equipment. You take every opportunity to learn as they mentor and train you on everything from how to talk with customers to how to properly install equipment.
Being the hard worker that you are, you do whatever is asked of you and pay close attention to what you're being taught. You enjoy interacting with customers and fellow employees as you learn. In addition to hands-on learning, our apprenticeship will train you to be a lead in 9 months if you follow the curriculum! Various career paths are available after apprenticeship. You also spend some of your time taking classes and continuing to expand your HVAC knowledge and skills. Our apprenticeship program excites you and you can't wait to expand your skill and become a well-paid HVAC Installation Technician or Service Technician!
QUALIFICATIONS
1-2 years experience in the mechanical or skilled trades industry preferred.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
EPA certification required
HVAC Technical school is required
