The Foreman is responsible for leading a crew and overseeing the installation, construction, and maintenance of electrical systems on various job sites. This includes coordinating daily work activities, ensuring safety standards are followed, and making sure projects are completed on time and within scope. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the electrical trade, including field experience, and the ability to manage teams effectively while maintaining high-quality workmanship.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following.
Ensure work is performed safely. Safety topics and safety sign in completed weekly. PPE and all safety codes are strictly enforced.
Job planning and execution. Becoming familiar with Job scope, specs and prints from pre-construction through end of job. Looking ahead and ordering enough material to always keep your crew productive. Working closely with the GC and your PM to make sure the job goes smoothly.
Identifying potential change orders and getting that info to your PM for processing.
Properly documenting as-builts through the course of the job.
Filling out all required paperwork in a timely fashion (look-ahead, timesheets, RFI's, daily reports, etc.)

Education and/or Experience
The Foreman should hold a minimum of High school diploma, GED, or equivalent. Completion of college/CEGEP/vocational or technical training preferred. Have a minimum of (5) years' experience as a journeyman electrician preferred.
Language/Interpersonal/Leadership Skills
The Foreman must possess strong written and verbal communication skills. This individual should be capable of preparing detailed reports, estimates, and instructions, as well as delivering clear verbal communication to clients, representatives, and internal staff. The role requires frequent in-person interactions with clients, general contractor representatives, and other team members, necessitating the ability to express complex information effectively and concisely.
Mathematical Skills
Proficiency in basic mathematical operations such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division are essential for the Foreman. This individual must be capable of calculating percentages, costs, gross margins, and gross profits related to material, labor, and project estimates. A high degree of attention to detail is required, as the role demands accuracy in financial estimations while adhering to deadlines. Salary:
$23-$28 per hour / 40 hours per week
Qualifications / Requirements:
Minimum 4 years of electrical field experience required
Must provide personal hand tools appropriate for the trade
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening
Employment eligibility verified through E-Verify
Must complete OSHA 10 certification within 30 days of employment
Strong knowledge of electrical systems, jobsite safety, and trade practices
Ability to guide and direct Apprentice Electricians as needed
Proficient in working from plans, instructions, and with minimal supervision

Summary: This position is responsible for assisting Project Foreman with on schedule and on budget completion of projects. This creates value for our clients and for our business. Mechanic Electricians will report directly to their Project Foreman.
Key Result Areas
Be on time and ready to start work at the designated start time
Report to Foreman for duty assignment with personal tools on hand
It is required to complete OSHA 10 within 30 days of employment
Follow OSHA Regulations (if unsure, ask Foreman)
Guide Apprentice Electricians in work duties
Direct Apprentice Electricians when Foreman is unavailable
Work in a clean work-man-like manner at all times
Assist other Titan Team members to complete all required work
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work site
Keep all trailers / storage containers / job boxes clean and organized
Correct and inform Foreman of all safety concerns
Always have and use your PPE (Personal Protective Equipment)
Inform Foreman of any deficiencies on the work you are performing
Communicate with Foreman any potential issues you see with completing your scope of work
