This position is responsible for assisting with the installation and maintenance of electrical systems in commercial projects, while learning from seasoned professionals. As a Residential Service Electrician, you will diagnose, present, and complete residential electrical jobs using our proven service systems. Responsibilities Diagnose and repair residential electrical systems according to NEC and company standards Present service options and perform approved work onsite Deliver a consistent, high-quality customer experience without using pressure tactics Complete paperwork and collect payments using ServiceTitan CRM Guide clients through permitting and inspection processes Maintain a clean and safe work environment Participate in weekly training and professional development Qualifications 2 to 6 years of residential electrical experience Strong communication and customer service skills A growth mindset and willingness to be coached Valid driver's license (driving record must qualify for coverage) A professional appearance is required for client-facing roles.
