Field Supervisors / Lead Electricians
Lead field crews in installing and repairing grounding and lightning protection systems.
Produce highly detailed documentation, daily reports, and as-built drawings.
Coordinate manpower, materials, and equipment to meet project goals.
Pay: $40-$50/hour + $100/day per diem
Journeyman / Mid-Level Electricians
Install and test ground grids, bonding conductors, and surge protection equipment.
Perform troubleshooting, resistance testing, and corrective repairs.
Work with limited supervision to complete assignments safely and efficiently.
Pay: $35-$45/hour + $100/day per diem
Apprentice / Helper Electricians
Pull wire, assist with installations, and support senior electricians.

Interact with Memphis Light, Gas & Water (MLGW) and perform manual switching and isolation for the facility generators form the incoming utility service when the incoming service from MLGW loses a phase or becomes unstable
Installs and repair wiring, electrical fixtures, power equipment, and components of machinery and equipment following electrical code, manuals, specifications, schematics and blueprints.
Install and repair control and distribution apparatus, including motors, relays, switches, thermostats, circuit-breaker panels, etc.
Install and connect power supply wiring, cables, conduit, and electrical apparatus for machines and equipment in new and existing facilities following diagrams, schematics, or blueprints.
Diagnose and resolve problems in electrical circuits, systems, and equipment using testing instruments and equipment.

Measure, cut, bend, thread, assemble, and install electrical conduit using rulers, measuring devices, hand tools, pipe threader, and conduit bender.
