*Key Responsibilities*
* Perform on-site electrical installations, maintenance, and repairs for critical power systems, including UPS systems, transfer switches, and generators.
* Troubleshoot complex electrical issues to ensure system reliability and efficiency.
* Assist with the growth of our client's Power's expansion, setting strategic direction and service offerings from your expert lens.
* Manage commercial electrical projects from start to finish, coordinating with clients, engineers, and key stakeholders.
* Ensure all work meets NEC, local building codes, and industry safety standards, including permit acquisition and site inspections.
* Develop processes and best practices for estimating, procurement, and project execution.
* In the future - Hire, train, and lead a team of electricians and apprentices, ensuring high-quality workmanship.
* Represent our client's Power as a technical expert, supporting sales and engineering teams with insights and consultations.
*Qualifications*
* Active Master Electrician or Journeyman License in Florida (or ability to obtain).
* 10+ years of experience in commercial electrical work, with strong expertise in critical power systems.
* Proven leadership experience, including managing teams and overseeing large-scale electrical projects.
* Strong knowledge of the NEC, local building codes, and electrical safety regulation
* Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex electrical issues in the field.
* Experience working with UPS systems, generators, transfer switches, and other mission-critical power infrastructure.
