The Electrician will be responsible for the installation of solar PV systems, possess a Master or Journeymans electrical license, ensure quality control of solar installations, maintain and promote strong morale amongst the installation team, provide ongoing feedback and support pertaining to ways in which the installation teams may be improved upon, and such other responsibilities as the Company may request from time to time.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Vast knowledge of the National Electrical Code, troubleshooting, and layout
Able to read drawings and electrical single line diagrams
Excellent written and verbal communication skills required
Attention to detail.
Outstanding work ethic.
Ability to work in extreme environments (example: hot sun, cold) Proficiency in installing all types of grid-tied inverters & able to work with various ground and roof mount racking systems
NEC codes that relate to PV installations
Must be very organized and be able to meet timeline expectations Must deliver a high level of customer service
Must be able to lift 50lbs Must be willing and able to climb ladders and work on high roofs
Essential Functions:
One year of solar installation experience preferred however, we are willing to train the right individual who may have the characteristics and skills we are looking for to fit in with our Bright Planet Solar team! Must be highly motivated
Successfully pass a pre-employment criminal background check and drug screen.
Required Education: High school or equivalent

We are seeking a qualified General Laborer to join our Electrical Self-Perform team for construction projects based in Ponce, Puerto Rico.
SUMMARY: This position is primarily responsible for helping the superintendent and on-site project team by undertaking fundamental tasks related to materials handling. This position involves receiving materials and equipment, storing items, managing inventory, and preparing materials for installation as required. Additionally, the incumbent will assist in loading/unloading materials and ensure effective communication while adhering to safety standards in alignment with RQ's Mission, Vision, and Values.
Pay: $15.00 - $16.50 per hour

Requirements for this position:
* A high school diploma or GED is the preferred minimum formal education for this position.
* Two or more years (or equivalent) field or trade work experience as an Electrician Assistant or Warehouse Apprentice in a commercial, industrial, or facilities operations setting is required; government, military, or large commercial construction experience preferred.
* Work experience in the warehouse management or construction industry preferred.
CPR and First Aid Certifications required; Specific training or certificates in the following preferred:
* Computer literacy (Microsoft Office, Internet, etc.) preferred.
