Bend and install electrical conduit following all appropriate local and national codes. Responsible for maintenance, inspections, and modification of electrical equipment, technologies and processes. Troubleshoot electrical circuits, motors and equipment controls . Two possible schedule, Monday to Friday 8am to 4pm, it's 8 hours shift (40 hours per week) or Monday to Thursday 6am to 4pm and Friday half day, it's 10 hours shift (45 hours per week). What you need to join our team: State Master's Electrician or Journeyman's Electrician license required . Minimum four (4) years of formal technical training required . Minimum one (1) year of journeyman's experience in the installation, repair and maintenance of electrical systems, equipment and fixtures from blueprints, schematics and sketches or an equivalent combination of relevant education and/or experience. Experience in a manufacturing plant required; food and/or fluid dairy manufacturing experience preferred. Experience with Motor Control Centers utilizing voltages from 120vac to 480vac, and Variable Frequency Drives required . Experience with 4-20mA control Loops preferred Knowledge/ Ability to read and understand electrical prints required . Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing with executives, managers, colleagues and individuals inside and outside the organization. Ability to pay strong attention to detail and multitask effectively. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time and work in warm environment. Equivalent combination of education and/or experience may be considered. Location/Travel: This position will require travel in/around Sioux Falls, SD - up to/within a 200-mile radius.
