What Will I Do?
Experienced Electricians
Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical problems accurately and efficiently
Perform repairs consistent with and exceeding National Electrical Code standards

Qualifications
Do I have What it Takes?
Minimum of 2 years residential electrical wiring, repair and troubleshooting all aspects of the Electrical System or 2 years at current job.
Ability to read blueprints, run conduits, wire and terminate devices, perform quality control testing, and troubleshooting
Working knowledge of installing electrical systems in a new and existing setting
Detail oriented with good time management skills
Can lift, carry, and maneuver a minimum of 75 pounds without additional manpower or appropriate device
Must be able to work in the outside elements of heat and cold safely and on ladders and/or roofs medium to high heights
Maintain well-groomed appearance and keep a clean uniform and work shoes

Principle Duties & Responsibilities
Inspect systems, including lighting, power outlets, circuit breakers, and wiring, for functionality, safety, and compliance with codes.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues with wiring, fixtures, control systems, and low-voltage infrastructure.
Install or replace components such as switches, outlets, and lighting fixtures.
Maintain and service power distribution systems and panels to ensure reliability.
Perform preventative maintenance and testing to identify and address potential issues.
Work with property management to schedule and prioritize repairs.
Ensure all systems are maintained according to standards and local regulations.
Track and manage inventory of tools, equipment, and supplies.
Respond to emergency calls, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Qualifications
Active driver's license is required.
Minimum of five (5) years of experience in electrical maintenance or a related field, with a focus on electrical systems, troubleshooting, and repairs.
Journeyman electrician license or certification, is highly preferred. OSHA certification would be a plus.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
