Responsibilities:
Participate in active project pre-planning and job preparation
Manage material per job to ensure that teams have the correct material and that material check-out and check-in procedures are being followed.
Lead and mentor a team of 2-3 apprenticeelectricians
Qualifications:
Master Electrician license/certification
Journeyman license required
4+ years of Licensed Electrician experience (required)
1+ year of Solar industry experience (preferred)
Drivers License required.
Have full range of mobility in the upper and lower body - Be able to work in various positions, including, but not limited to, stooping, standing, bending over, sitting, kneeling and squatting for extended periods of time.
Must be able to multi-task

This role in summary
Position provides functional support to install and maintain electrical work on plant electrical systems and equipment. Responsible for work on substation, wiring circuits, distribution centers, control panels, electronic devices, etc. Work hours consist of a rotating 10-hr shift with 8 days on, 6 days off. This may require presence at facility during night shifts, weekends and holidays. This is a Safety Sensitive position. Employees in this classification will be included on the list of employees who may be randomly screened under our Substance Abuse policy.

Your responsibilities will include
Install and maintain electrical work on plant electrical systems and equipment with minimum supervision, using a broad knowledge of applied trade practices and technique.
The use of ladders, raised platforms, caged lifts, and manual climbing on equipment at various heights up to and including 25 feet is required.
Plan, layout and install complex wiring circuits and distribution centers in conformance with established codes, install switches and controls, central subsidiary control panels, electronic devices and all other duties incidental to installation.
Maintain substation; diagnose and remedy all electrical, electronic and mechanical troubles.
Work from wiring, hydraulic, pneumatic schematic drawings and code book.
Use all electrical measuring and testing devices.
May direct and layout work for electricians of lower classification.
Minimum requirements
State of WIsconsin license is required
All license electricians from another state without a WI license must show proof of reciprocity between the state they are license in and WI
Candidates with electrical experience without a WI license must acquire a license within six months of the first date of employment.

JOB SUMMARY:
The Master Electrician is responsible for installation, start up, and shut down of equipment; troubleshoot and repair of electrical equipment. This position is open on the weekend shift.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Install, start up, and shut down equipment in accordance with company safety procedures in line with OSHA requirements.
Troubleshoot and repair electrical/electronic equipment.
Plan electrical work utilizing thorough background knowledge of electrical/electronic and machinal theories and principles, local and national electrical codes, and properties of various materials.
Advise operators and maintenance technicians of operation procedures and requirements for working safely with electric/electronic and machinal equipment components.
Inform appropriate management and maintenance of potential electrical/mechanical plans and inherent dangers involved.
Assist and train apprentices and technical team members.
Perform preventative maintenance functions as needed.
Maintains company required performance and maintenance records for identified equipment.
Able to calculate and install various types of transformers, fuses, circuit breakers, contactors, and relays.
Test electrical systems and continuity of circuits in electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures, using electrical testing devices to ensure compatibility and safety of system.
Other duties as assigned.
Regular attendance is required.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
High School Diploma or GED.
Three (3) or more years of proven experience in the electrical/electronics, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic fields, and the ability to demonstrate high proficiency in these areas.
Electrical Journeyman license, WI. Board of Electricity.
Master Electrician license, WI. Board of Electricity.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Responsibilities:
Participate in active project pre-planning and job preparation
Manage material per job to ensure that teams have the correct material and that material check-out and check-in procedures are being followed.
Lead and mentor a team of 2-3 apprenticeelectricians
Qualifications:
Electrician (WI) license/certification
Journeyman license required
4+ years of Licensed Electrician experience (required)
1+ year of Solar industry experience (preferred)
Drivers License required.
Have full range of mobility in the upper and lower body - Be able to work in various positions, including, but not limited to, stooping, standing, bending over, sitting, kneeling and squatting for extended periods of time.
Must be able to multi-task
Excellent customer service skills required
Thrive in a team environment
Regular, reliable and predictable attendance required
Be able to lift, pull and push materials and equipment to complete assigned job tasks
Be able to lift 50 pounds of weight frequently throughout assigned workday

Position Summary
The Electrician is responsible for installing and repairing wiring, fixtures, and equipment for all electrical services aboard ship and in shipyard facilities, following blueprints and wiring diagrams. The individual must have working knowledge of electrical theory and procedures and the ability to troubleshoot, repair, and install shipboard electrical systems and equipment (600 V and less) in accordance with specifications and drawings.
Essential Skills and Functions
Installs conduit to bulkheads with brackets and screws, using hand tools, and threads wires through conduit to terminals, such as connection boxes, circuit breakers, voltage regulators, and switch panels.
Strip insulation from wire ends and solders ends to terminals, using stripping pliers and soldering iron.
Runs cables, lines and leads, terminations/connector fabrication, packing of cable transits and harnessing cables.
Connects power-supply circuits to radio, radar, sonar, fire control, and other electronic equipment. Tests electrical characteristics, such as voltage, resistance, and phase angle, in circuits, using voltmeters, ohmmeters, and phase rotation indicators. May construct instrument panels, using hand tools, rulers, dividers, and power drills, following specifications.
Test internal circuits of major units or electrical equipment for continuity, short circuits, and grounds and measure electrical quantities and compare with established values.
Must be physically and medically capable to wear all required personal protective equipment (PPE) required for the job as prescribed under OSHA standards. PPE includes hard hat, safety glasses, steel toe boots, goggles, respirator, safety harness, safety line, flotation gear, etc.

ELECTRICIAN
The Electrician performs general electrical installation, repair and maintenance responsibilities within a heavy industrial manufacturing site. Responsibilities include troubleshooting and repairing automated manufacturing machinery including troubleshooting various levels of automation and power distribution systems.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Wisconsin Journeyman preferred but not required
Post high school education in related programs.
Working knowledge of NFPA-70e and NEC rules and regulations.
Working knowledge of LOTO and safety rules and regulations.
Working knowledge of mechanical systems
Focus on safety and the implementation of machine safety systems.
Ability to read and understand schematic drawings, ladder logic, machine manuals. CNC programs a plus but not mandatory.
Ability to write and modify PLC programs primarily with Rockwell products along with other manufacturers is a plus.
Working knowledge of Variable Frequency Drive of various manufacturers.
Experience with motor control system and controls.
Understanding of low and medium voltage power systems.
Experience in running conduit and general wiring installations.
Ability to perform general electrical maintenance using basic and advanced tools.
Understanding of hydraulics and pneumatics.
General computer skills.
Ability and willingness to use manuals, drawing, help lines, and internet to determine most timely method of repairs.
Knowledge of PM principals and their implementation as related to Electrical equipment. Exceptional problem solving and time management skills.
