Position Overview:
As a Helper/Apprentice Glazier, you will work alongside our experienced glaziers to assist with the installation of custom glass products. This is a full-time position with the potential for growth within the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with the installation of custom glass products, including windows, doors, shower enclosures, and mirrors

Program Eligibility:
Apprentices will go through several evaluations to determine eligibility.
Must be at least 18 years of age (Age of Majority).
Must have demonstrated abstinence from illicit substance use.
Applicants with a substance use history must present proof of sobriety for a minimum of 30 days and/or a certificate of completion from a treatment program.
Must demonstrate a voluntary willingness to work well with others and subordinate to peer coaching and mentoring relationships.
Must strive to possess a growth mindset (believing that you can improve with optimal and intentional effort, hard work, and persistence).
Must not have any history with committing a sex offense.
Must be able to lift up to 15 lbs., bend, walk, and stand for long periods in all seasons of the year.
The Apprenticeship Program is not an intervention. We give Apprentices the opportunity to practice what they are learning on the job, as well as the grace to fail forward.
Overview of Role:
The Apprentice role is a foundational, hands-on position within the Bonton Farms People Program. Apprentices receive paid training, mentorship, and structured skill-building opportunities across various Bonton Farms enterprises. This role helps individuals develop work-readiness skills, build confidence, and gain practical experience while supporting daily operations across the farm, caf, coffeehouse, retail areas, and community engagement efforts.
Apprentices contribute to the mission of Bonton Farms by actively engaging in meaningful work that strengthens the organization and the surrounding community. This role is designed for individuals seeking personal and professional growth while gaining exposure to multiple career pathways.
Key Responsibilities
Apprentices may be assigned to one or more departments based on program design, business needs, and individual development goals. Responsibilities may include:
Farm & Livestock Support
Assist with planting, harvesting, washing, and packaging produce.
Support livestock care including feeding, watering, and general pen/coop upkeep.
Maintain farm grounds, irrigation, and growing areas through basic landscaping, weeding, and cleaning tasks.
Maintenance
Gounds keeping (cleaning patios, sidewalks, etc.
Assist Contractors with labor, landscaping (cutting grass, spreading mulch, etc.)
Assist Facilities Manager with daily tasks, work orders and/or emergency maintenance issues
Market Caf & Coffeehouse
Provide support with basic food prep, dishwashing, stocking, and cleaning.
Assist with customer service tasks such as bussing tables, running food, or supporting shift leads as trained.
Support daily setup, breakdown, and overall cleanliness of the caf and coffeehouse spaces.
Preservatory & Retail Production
Assist in labeling, packaging, and assembling retail and food products.
Support inventory rotation, cleanliness, and organization of production spaces.
Assist in preparation of baked goods and retail items as trained.
Professional Development & Program Participation
Attend all required People Program workshops, coaching and mental health sessions, and check-ins.
Complete assigned training modules and skill-building activities.
Actively participate in growth planning (goal setting, progress tracking, etc.).

The Techline Apprentice Lineman is responsible for performing work related to the construction and maintenance of poles, power lines, auxiliary facilities, and equipment for the transmission and distribution of electricity. The Apprentice Lineman will also support and learn from the Lineman team(s) and partner with other personnel from the company.
Role and Responsibilities
Provide technical skills needed for the operation and maintenance of reliable electrical services for the consumer, completing jobs with quality and timeliness.
Provide for connecting and disconnecting, installing and removal, moving and transferring of various electrical devices on customer facilities, such as transformers, transformer banks, regulators, switches, switching devices, capacitor banks, etc.
Responsible for routing or rerouting power lines over, under, and/or around existing lines and structures.
Inspect and/or remove power lines that are damaged.
Assist in carrying poles, digging holes, and other operations as needed in setting or replacing poles.
Perform line switching or sectionalizing, as directed.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Requirements
Must have a valid Class A CDL within three (3) months of employment.
Must have 2 Years of Bucket Work Experience.
Must be able to pass a DOT physical and drug test.
Adhere to company safety and health policies - Techline will provide on-the-job safety training.
Techline does not sponsor H-1B visas.
Required Skills and Abilities
Able to adapt to seasonal temperature changes and inclement weather.
Able to meet physical requirements such as but not limited to, standing, walking, bending, twisting, stooping, reaching, climbing ladders, cutting wire, lifting and maneuvering up 50 lbs. or more without assistance, and more.
Supervisory Responsibility
This position has no direct supervisory responsibilities.

DynaTen is seeking a Sheet Metal Apprentice to join our Mechanical team! This is a key position in our organization with opportunities for growth and advancement. As a Sheetmetal Apprentice, you will work with the mechanical team to fabricate, assemble and install mechanical systems on various commercial construction sites.
Responsibilities
Assist with the installation of a variety of HVAC materials including but not limited to round pipe/spiral duct, flex duct, motorized dampers, fire dampers, splitter dampers, air devices, louvers and air moving equipment
Assist with fabrication or altering of materials using shears, hammers, punches, snips, drills, brakes and bending rollers along with other handheld and power tools
Install support hangers, make duct connection using clips, drives, nuts, bolts, TDC tape, sealer, sheet metal screws, etc. as needed
Assist with drilling and punching holes in metal for screws, bolts, rivets and install spin-in, peel and stick, or airtight duct taps, connect to branch duct
Ability to work from ladder, manlifts and other equipment at various heights
Perform other related duties or special projects, as assigned

Positively and professionally represent the DynaTen name and brand to our customers
3 or more years of experience working within the HVAC / mechanical trade installing systems on commercial and / or industrial construction sites
Experience with tools including but not limited to shears, brakes, bending rolls, punch, drill press, snips and other hand and power tools
Experience leading / coaching an apprentice and/or helper
OSHA 10-hour preferred
Ability to work from ladders and man lifts from various heights.
