SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
* Teach classes on behalf of Deans and teacher-leaders who are observing other teachers;

Role Summary:
The Pipeliner role is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting and repairing equipment and pipeline and terminal facilities with little direct supervision.
Responsibilities & Essential Functions include:
Timeframe: 0 - 18 months.
Right of Way. Learning the company's damage prevention program including One Calls, Right of Way investigations and maintenance, 3rd Party Crossings, Property Owner awareness activities, as required. Performing duties under the supervision of a Pipeliner A.
Introduction to Regulatory Compliance. Learning environmental regulations, safety directives and operating procedures so that the Company can assure compliance. The Operations Apprentice is responsible for assisting experienced operators in the operation and maintenance of the wastewater treatment facility. This position requires working on a rotating shift.
Minimum Requirements
Requirements: Must have knowledge of the principles and methods used in the treatment and disposal of wastewater and biosolids, as well as understand and comprehend the laws, rules and regulations. Must be knowledgeable in the occupational hazards and the safety precautions to be exercised in the treatment of wastewater and biosolids, as well as demonstrate the ability to learn and retain technical information. Mechanical and/or problem-solving aptitude, as well as computer literacy, is required. Must be able to read, write, communicate and understand English sufficiently to perform the functions of the position. Must be able to understand and execute oral and written directions.
Experience: Minimum of one year (1) experience for internal applicants. External applicants must have a minimum of three (3) years of related experience, preferably in wastewater treatment.
Education: High School Diploma or Equivalency Certificate. Satisfactory completion of both the Introduction to Wastewater course and Advanced Wastewater course is required. Completion of Advanced Wastewater Collections course preferred.
License and/or Certifications: A valid New Jersey driver's license is preferred but not required. Must obtain a S1 license within 2 years or must be actively pursuing a S1 license. Actively pursuing consists of taking the associated State license exam at least 2 times per year until the license is obtained.
Physical Demands: Ability to perform the essential functions of the position as they relate to physical and mental requirements to ensure the health and safety of oneself, and others is maintained. Must qualify for and possess the ability to perform entry into confined spaces while wearing proper PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) such as but not limited to canister and dust masks as well as SCBA (Self Contained Breathing Apparatus). Perform physical activities that require considerable use of the arms, legs and the whole body, such as climbing (including ladders), lifting up to 50 lbs., balancing, walking, stooping and handling heavy objects.
Working Conditions: Workers are employed in conditions associated with a wastewater treatment plant and sewer collection system and will be required to work indoors and outdoors. The expected base pay range is $57,859 to $88,136. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate's relevant experience, qualifications, education, training, and formal credentials.

Position Overview
Full-time HVAC Apprentice Technician
Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with opportunities for overtime
Based in Riverdale, NJ, serving Morris, Passaic, and Bergen Counties
$20-$25 per hour, depending on skills and training progress
Benefits include medical, life insurance, 401(k) with match, PTO, and year-round work
What You'll Need
We're looking for candidates who have completed an HVAC trade school program (or are close to graduating), hold a high school diploma or equivalent, and have a valid NJ driver's license. You should be comfortable climbing ladders, working in tight spaces, handling varied weather, and lifting up to 50 lbs. Clear communication and customer service skills are essential. EPA certification is a plus, but not required-we'll help you get there.

Compensation: $14.00 - $16.00 HR
As a result of continued growth and expansion we have an immediate opening for a qualified individual to support our Mechanical Warehouse operations on a full-time basis with flexible hours between 20 and 40+ per week. We are a customer-focused service-oriented company that requires the ideal candidate to at a minimum maintain a valid driver's license and have a reliable form of transportation. Must be able to pass a background check and drug testing.
Responsibilities include:
· Pulling and Staging material
· Inputting / processing of inventory
· Issuing and processing of Purchases Orders
· Filing
· Build Spreadsheets / Track products
· Manage truck stock fulfillment
· Assist in receiving of products
· Assist in daily operations
Qualifications:
· Highly organized self-starter
· Ability to work without supervision and be a Team Player
· Excellent attention to detail
· Computer skills - must be proficient in Word, and Excel
· Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced warehouse environment
Plumbing / HVAC experience is a plus.
