Trains Crew Members on correctly and safely operating all equipment. *

Obtains pertinent paperwork and job files prior to starting any new jobs. *
Complete all daily paperwork i.e. timesheets, T&M tickets, field reports, accident reports and any other applicable paperwork. *
Maintains tool inventory and coordinate equipment damage with Project Manager. *

Duties:
* Perform routine maintenance of grounds to include mowing, watering, weeding, planting, mulching,landscaping, cutting/moving brush and pruning shrubs, etc.
* Assist in maintaining and landscaping Housing Services grounds using tractors, mowers, sprayers, spreaders, hand tools, and landscape equipment.
