Additional Responsibilities: May assist with preparing vehicles for service (removing floor mats, placing protective covers, etc.). May stock and maintain service supplies. Qualifications: Demonstrates a high “HQ” (Hospitality Quotient) consisting of kindness & optimism, intellectual curiosity, work ethic, empathy, self-awareness, and integrity. Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Experience: Minimum of 6 months to 1 year of experience in automotive repair or a related field (preferred). Certifications: Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) certifications a plus. Strong understanding of basic automotive systems and maintenance procedures. Ability to follow manufacturer service specifications and safety guidelines. Excellent mechanical aptitude and the ability to learn new skills quickly. Manual dexterity and the ability to perform physical tasks (lifting, bending, reaching). Good communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, walk, and sit for extended periods of time. Ability to lift and carry heavy objects. Ability to work in a noisy and sometimes dirty environment. Ability to use hand tools and power tools. Good eyesight and hearing. Ability to work in a physically demanding environment.
