The Aerial Lift Trimmer is responsible for trimming, pruning, and removing trees with the aid of a bucket truck or other equipment or tools. Also possess and maintain personal hand tools necessary to accomplish their trade. * Read and interpret Chemist and Competent Person reports to ensure safe conditions for hot work. * Conduct self-inspections to ensure work meets quality standards and complies with applicable drawings and specifications. * Provide guidance and train junior craftsmen, providing direction as a senior mechanic when required. * Maintain a good attendance record, demonstrate a positive and professional attitude, work well with others, take pride in your work, and be receptive to constructive feedback from mentors (supervisor, PMT, etc.).
