Occasionally lift and/or move objects that weigh more than 100 lbs. Able to bend, lift, push, pull and reach for up to 8 hours at a time. Frequently required to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. Occasionally required to sit and climb or balance. Specific vision abilities required for this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust and focus. The successful candidate will be subject to our pre-employment background screening process, including, but not limited to criminal background check, drug screening, and driving record check Compensation & Benefits: Apprentice (Training Phase): $24 - $27 per hour, based on experience. Duration: 4-6 weeks of employment. Installer (Post-Training): $27.50 per hour, plus bonus Installers make $125K + per year Benefits 8 paid holidays per year. 40 hrs sick time per year. Weekends off Weekly stipend to cover gas and tools Access to company insurance plans; purchase health, dental and vision in with pre-tax dollars and at a lower rate. Medical: The Company will contribute 50% of the cost of the lowest plan. These plans are offered through Anthem Blue Cross, Kaiser, and Mediexel.
