Work type: On-site at local Paslin locations. Not available for remote work.
Expected hours of work: Typical work schedules for this site are 6am-230pm, Monday to Friday. Overtime: This position is for regular, full-time work and may require coming in early, working late, or working on weekends to meet the needs of the business.
Travel: This position may require occasional travel to customer sites or local travel to other Paslin locations.
Work Environment: This position operates in a manufacturing site environment. This is a safety sensitive role, which includes working around moving equipment and machinery.
Physical Demands: The physical demands described are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, bend, and twist. This role requires the use of hand held tools. Occasionally required to lift/push/pull up to 40lbs.
Candidate Qualifications:
Pipefitter Card or 8+ years tool build experience in a machine tool shop including knowledge of pneumatic and hydraulic standards, tooling assembly & setup
High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred
Ability to bend tubing and thread pipe using fixtures or hand tools
Able to interpret engineering drawings and successfully layout equipment according to prints
Knowledge of welding and automated welding systems
