Darryl Britt is president of Apprio Inc., a provider of specialized technology solutions, particularly for the health, defense and homeland security markets. He has been a founding member of several technology firms during his more than 25 years in business. His experience spans various executive positions which include leading both technology and software product development organizations for public, private and startup companies. Britt possesses the ability to assimilate his technology background with general executive management experience, especially in high growth environments.

Under Britt’s leadership, Apprio has experienced significant growth, leading to the firm being recognized as one of the fastest-growing companies according to Inc. Magazine, the Washington Business Journal and Deloitte Consulting.

Britt’s management has resulted in Apprio obtaining industry certifications that include the Small Business Association’s (SBA’s) 8a certification, ISO 9001-certified Quality Management System, Health Level Seven International (HL7) certification and being appraised at Level 3 of the CMMI Institute’s Capability Maturity Model Integration.

Dr. Trenton Janda serves as chief medical innovation officer (CMIO), overseeing Apprio’s clinical health offerings. In this role, he is responsible for Apprio’s health innovations for commercial health systems and federal agencies including the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS), the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), the National Guard Bureau and the U.S. Coast Guard (USCG).

Dr. Janda comes to Apprio with experience as an active duty medical officer in the federal government where he promoted public health, patient safety and access to care. During his decorated career, Dr. Janda served as a primary care physician to USCG active duty personnel, including aviators and other members, and served as an Army physician. His clinical experience provides valuable insight into how technology systems and business practices impact real-world operations for federal health organizations, and ultimately, the healthcare community at large.

Chloe Madden is a Chief Human Capital Officer at Apprio Inc and is based in Washington, D.C.. She has worked as HR Administrator at Plastics Industry Association, Director of Human Resources at KLDiscovery, and HR Business Partner at Verizon. Chloe works or has worked as Mentoring Liaison at NOVA SHRM Mentoring and Leadership Development Program. She attended Binghamton University between 1992 and 1996 and MARYMOUNT UNIVERSITY between 1999 and 2001.

Erika Capobianco oversees Apprio’s financial business operations as chief financial officer (CFO). She leads Apprio’s teams performing a wide variety of financial functions in support of the company’s continued growth across federal and commercial practices. In this role, she will help the company to structure, finance and capture multiple growth opportunities.

Capobianco brings more than 15 years of corporate finance experience to Apprio as a strategic business and financial operations expert. Her work in capital strategies and acquisitions, operational improvement and optimization, and financial planning.

Most recently, Capobianco served as executive director within JP Morgan Chase, supporting clients across a variety of industries, including technology, healthcare, financial services, consumer and retail, and federal government contractors. She has worked in leading financial positions at Booz Allen Hamilton and SunTrust Bank.

H Allen Dobbs is a Chief Medical Information Ofcr at Apprio Inc and is based in Severn, Maryland. He has worked as Staff Emergency Physician at Indian Health Service, Hospital Corpsman at US Navy, and Chief Medical Officer at U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS). H studied at Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences (USU) between 1984 and 1988; Dept of Family Medicine, US Navy Hospital, Camp Pendleton, CA between 1988 and 1991; and University of California, San Diego between 1981 and 1984.

Carl Swart was named ApprioHealth's Chief Operating Officer January, 2021.

Swart brings 30 years of comprehensive revenue cycle experience within hospital and physician settings. His expertise in standardizing operational workflow, instilling organizational discipline, supporting compliance strategies and executing operational transformation will result in enhanced customer value and the maximization of revenue for customers.

Prior to joining ApprioHealth, Swart served as the vice president for revenue cycle for Ensemble Health Partners. Additionally, he spent nearly a decade with Mercy Health as a market vice president.
