The ability to work remotely

Cons of working at Appriss Inc.

This company sells itself based on its on site clinic, ROWE, it’s new “open floor plan” that sadly doesn’t work for anyone unless you enjoy being micromanaged or are able to concentrate with constant calls going on around you, pitter pattering of feet swimming through the aisles of the poorly set up cubicle farms, with bright lights, and the usual general interruptions. Good luck getting your work done, which means you will be taking it home with you, which you will be doing so anyway. If you love working under a heavy thumb, Appriss is the place for you. If you are a self starter who works well with others, enjoys time with your family and/or friends, pets, even just time to self reflect, RUN!!! Don’t fall for what they’re selling. They don’t pay employees enough to put up with the long hours. ROWE isn’t worth it, because many managers work you to the bone, and you are lucky if you actually get a vacation away from work. You will likely have to work while you’re on vacation. If you are a minion, you will be treated as such, if not worse. This place is misery bottled up with nice marketing. All they care about is $$$$$$$$.
