Wayne Sparks brings more than 20 years of leadership experience to Apptricity as a Chief Financial Officer. He has diverse industry experience with a reputable understanding of mergers and acquisitions, as well as capital formation. As a licensed CPA, Sparks spent over nine years at the international accounting firm KPMG in Dallas before moving into the CFO role for companies ranging in revenue size from high-growth start-ups to billion-dollar plus.



He has significant demonstrated success in building stakeholder value through operational, acquisition and divestiture activities. He received his BBA in Accounting from The University of Texas at Arlington.

Bill Ogle, known in the industry as a world class marketing leader and brand builder, brings more than 25 years of marketing and branding leadership to Apptricity. A graduate of the University of Cincinnati, Mr. Ogle has helped lead some of America’s largest brands including Procter & Gamble, Sara Lee, and PepsiCo. He previously served as the CMO of Pizza Hut, CMO of Samsung Mobile, and Global CMO of Motorola Mobility, where he helped build and eventually sell the business to Google. Mr. Ogle has also led the growth and development of two start-up technology companies as CEO.
