Over the course of my 26 year career at APR Consulting, Inc., I’ve held many roles, such as; Financial Management, Recruitment Delivery, National Sales, Vice President to currently COO & FSO. Currently as COO, I provide the leadership and management of APR’s Sales and Marketing, Service Delivery, Operations, and Federal Security Clearance Administration.

Silvia studied at Mihaylo College of Business and Economics, Cal State Fullerton.
