Aptean highlights 4 main company values that guide them through the work that they and their employees do:
One thing that the company talks a lot about as far as their culture is definitely a collaborative mentality. Collaboration across different departments is extremely common with Aptean and it is how they do such great work.
"Collaboration leads to growth here at Aptean because it's such an open environment. There are so many smart people walking around the office on a daily basis and you get to have conversations with so many people about so many things. You can get feedback immediately on ideas and on ways that we can help our customers' lives," Jeff Byma said. Jeff is the Director of Marketing Programs.
UX Engineer, Jonmarc Stevens, said, "The collaboration definitely helps you grow here, just by everyone sharing ideas and bouncing them off of each other, even test them with our customers to get their feedback. So, I believe that the more ideas we have, it's good to pull from them and pretty much make a melting pot of what idea works the best."
But that level of collaboration wouldn't be possible if it weren't a really friendly and welcoming culture, which it is. Across the board, Aptean employees have lauded how welcomed they felt when they first started out with the company.

Jeff Byma said, "What surprised me most is how close I am to all of the employees in this organization when I'm in a different location. I work out of Chicago and I work directly with people in England and Iowa and North Carolina. It doesn't feel like we're not next to each other every day. It feels like we are a part of each others' lives."
Here are some of the benefits and perks of working with Aptean:
Another big benefit of working with the company is that you will have so much opportunity to grow. You will have ample learning opportunities that can help you grow both personally and professionally.
"Aptean challenges me to grow because I get outside of my comfort zone on a pretty regular basis. So I have to think about things that maybe I don't have a lot of direct experience in my background but can easily jump in and learn from some of my co-workers on how to use a best practice in order to implement new technology or a new process, or a new function within the business," Senior Director of Demand Generation, Kristin Angelli, said.
