I love the environment and the people are amazing. I like that it pays well to work hard and it has given me amazing sales experience.
They do not provide any base salary or benefits of any sort. It is solely commission based. I also have had to move away from home to work and knocking doors everyday gets old.
The incentives/bonuses of having success in the job.
Honestly, none. Be prepared to live to work.
You really have to get in good with a select few people in upper management positions in order to get promoted. I have had some of the highest suits tell me that this company isn't interested in anyone working for them that hasn't "drank the kool-aid". They will shuffle everything around, making life totally inconsistent and unbearable, and they will pass up seasoned, experienced people to promote Kool aid drinkers. This place is run like a cult/MLM, and they want an army of drones and buddies, no one who will challenge the status quo or bring in fresh ideas.

not much. They do like to take breaks during work to reset.
The managers will lie to you and string you along to keep you there. I have yet to see a single promise to me fulfilled. They then tried to make me take on an entirely different job than what I was hired for. The task had nothing to do with my job title, skill set, or career. I had no experience in the tasks.
PTO is decent for starting at the company.
Small teams
extremely low compensation for the position. A manager who does not communicate, lies to coworkers and their team, and blames his team for not completing his tasks.

I used to love the company, it felt like a family, and there was a lot of incentive to work hard. That environment is long gone, and there isn't much to revere anymore.
Nepotism. There is a shift at the moment, and seasoned Area Managers are being fired left and right, being replaced by hand picked friends of the higher ups. There is an expectation that you give up your personal life to earn your salary, and if you challenge the status quo in any way, chances are you won't have a job for long. If you don't embody the core values 24/7, don't expect any lateral movement. There are better pest control organizations to work for, and they pay much better.
