Aqua New Jersey Leadership

Brian Dingerdissen is vice president, chief of staff, investor relations and communications for Essential Utilities, Inc. (NYSE: WTRG), one of the largest publicly traded water, wastewater and natural gas providers in the U.S., serving approximately 5 million people across 10 states.

As chief of staff, Dingerdissen maintains effective connections with key operations and functional staff across the Company, serving as an extension of the CEO's office, identifying potential issues and opportunities. In addition to his chief of staff duties, Dingerdissen is responsible for the overall investor relations, communications and environmental social governance (ESG) programs for the Company. Dingerdissen is also responsible for communications with all stakeholders, cultivating shareholder relationships and keeping them informed, while assisting the chief executive officer in the performance of his duties

Since Dingerdissen assumed leadership of investor relations in June 2008, shareholder value of the Company has grown by more than 300 percent. He played a key role in the successful CEO transition at the Company in 2015 including the formation and implementation of a new leadership team and growth strategy. In 2019, he led the investor relations efforts for the Company’s successful secondary public equity offering of $2 billion to secure financing for its acquisition of natural gas distribution company Peoples.

Christina Kelly is senior vice president, chief human resources officer of Essential Utilities, Inc. (NYSE: WTRG), one of the largest publicly traded water, wastewater and natural gas providers in the U.S., serving approximately 5 million people across 10 states.

In her role, Kelly is responsible for ensuring the entire human resources function is aligned and has a clear sense for how to best support employees throughout the organization.

Kelly led the human resources integration process for the Company’s acquisition of natural gas distribution company Peoples, which nearly doubles the organization’s employee headcount from 1,600 to more than 3,100 people across 10 states. She and her HR team led the successful implementation of Workday, an HR software that brings the full suite of people programs from benefits to talent management right to employees and managers desks.

Colleen M. Arnold is a Deputy Chief Operating Officer at Aqua New Jersey Inc and President at Aqua New Jersey Inc and is based in Bryn Mawr, Pennsylvania. She has worked as Manager of Treatment at Aqua New Jersey Inc, Project Manager/Engineer at CDM Smith, and Asst. Water Division Director at City of Wilmington. Colleen studied at Manhattan College between 1993 and 1994, University of Massachusetts Amherst between 1989 and 1993, and Buffalo State College between 1988 and 1989.

Lynne Sansone is an Executive Assistant to Senior VP and Chief Human Resources Officer at Aqua New Jersey Inc and is based in Bryn Mawr, Pennsylvania. She has worked as Administrative Assistant To Chief Executive Officer at Valley Forge Educational Services.
