    Inclusion Family Counseling Center (IFCC), a growing and dynamic community mental health care agency in Brockton, (also New Bedford and Fall Rivers areas) seeks candidates interested in joining our In-Home Therapy team. Our positions are full-time (hybrid role) for Therapeutic Mentor (TM) and Therapeutic Training and Support (TT&S) to provide community and home-based services. IFCC has a creative and supportive IHT team that offers culturally humble and clinically informed services and aims to serve the diverse needs of the Brockton area and surrounding communities. A high percentage of our staff can speak two or more languages and understand the various cultural components that influence the clients we serve. Many of us are local to our communities and advocate destigmatizing seeking mental health care. IFCC mainly specializes in outreach to the immigrant population and making mental health services more accessible. Our In-Home Therapy program aims to provide a family-focus wraparound approach that helps stabilize a child and their family in crisis and help them recognize their strengths. The role of the TM/TT&S offers an applicant the chance to be creative and intentional in their approach to the work, work collaboratively as part of a strengths-based team, and truly impact both a child and their family. Essential Functions & Responsibilities As a TT&S, you work in tandem with the Master's level IHT clinician to provide high-quality therapeutic services that include family therapy, and parent/caregiver and child coaching, support families to allocate community resources, etc. As a TM, you will work with the youth individually at home, school or in the community and provide support around skills-building. Examples include helping children and adolescents develop improved relationships, social skills, or age-appropriate transition to adulthood. Compassionately and actively listen to both the child and family/caregivers. The treatment goals developed in partnership with family/caregivers and clients allow their voices to be respected and honored. The Clinical Therapeutic Treatment teams must utilize strengths-based and culturally competent approaches. Maintain minimum weekly communication with the Clinical Therapeutic Treatment team, other providers, and collateral supports (for example, adjustment counselors, coaches, etc.) to ensure the family receives the highest level of care. Assist families in identifying and utilizing community resources and natural supports. Maintain accurate Electronic Medical Records (EMR) and follow clinical documentation timelines, confidentially, and ethical practices. Participate in treatment team meetings as needed and, as appropriate, assist the youth in communicating their needs to the treatment team in Care Plan and school meetings. Participate Actively in weekly supervision, clinical team meetings, and mandated training. A driver's license is required to work in the homes of children served by our program Must be 21 years of age or older Requirements Bachelor's degree in a human service field from an accredited university and one (1) year of related experience working with youth OR Associate degree in a human service field from an accredited school and one (1) year of related experience with the target population Bilingual language capacity preferred ($1000 bonus for bilingual applicants in good standing after six (6) months of employment) Preferred experience in working within CBHI · Benefits: ****$1000 sign-on bonus after six (6) months of employment to applicants in good standing **** Clinical supervision, both group and individual, is provided for all staff and many training opportunities.
