Job Summary
The Customer Service Representative (CSR) supports the sales team by generating quotes from customer inquiries and processing orders. The CSR interacts with other departments in the facility to obtain answers to support questions from customers. The CSR handles all customer issues and inquiries and ensures coordination with the associated sales representative.

Experience and Skills

(ARA) is seeking to contingently hire a **Subject Matter Expert - Intelligence** for ARA's effort supporting the Office of the Assistant Secretary of War for Critical Technologies (OASW(CT)). This position will support the Critical Technology Area (CTA) offices within OASW(CT). The candidate will perform functions such as:
+ Provide intelligence analysis to support critical technologies in the areas of artificial intelligence (AI), directed energy, communication and sensing technologies, precision navigation, electronic warfare, hypersonics, biomanufacturing, and/or contested logistics
+ Provide intelligence-informed expertise to support CTA strategic planning, technology roadmaps, and analytical activities
+ Conduct technical and threat-based assessments of programs and research efforts, delivering clear recommendations
+ Analyze adversary capabilities, global S&T trends, and intelligence reporting to inform investment priorities and decision-making
+ Collect, synthesize, and present intelligence-relevant data from DoW, IC, academia, industry, and international partners
+ Prepare high-quality briefings, reports, and executive summaries for senior leaders across DoW and interagency environments.
+ Support development of architectures, strategy documents, and guidance incorporating intelligence and threat insights
+ Advise technology transition efforts by identifying intelligence-driven risks, opportunities, and dependencies

**Required Qualifications:**
+ BS degree in scientific or technical discipline from an accredited institution and 15 years of experience or MS degree in a relevant discipline and 10 years of experience
+ Current DoW TOP SECRET clearance with SCI eligibility
+ Experience in developing intelligence-informed analytical activities and threat-based assessments
+ Experience preparing presentations for, and presenting reports to senior leaders
+ Experience in interfacing, communicating, and collaborating with government personnel at senior levels

+ 20+ years of relevant experience
+ Master's degree from an accredited institution
