We're creating high-quality training data to help AI systems understand e-commerce interactions. You'll write original conversations from scratch based on provided scenarios, plus a short step-by-step Reasoning Trace explaining how an agent should reach the desired outcome of the conversation.
What We're Looking For
This is a creative writing role, not an annotation or editing job. All content must be written from scratch based on the scenario provided, and the use of LLMs is strictly prohibited. We're looking for people who can think like both a human user and an AI agent, understand LLM behavior at a basic level, and enjoy combining writing with reasoning and problem-solving. A key part of the role is breaking down the logical, step-by-step process an AI would follow to arrive at the correct outcome and clearly documenting that reasoning alongside the conversation.

Transcription

Produce high-quality English-language reports based on audio/visual materials.

Gisting and Summarization
Identify and summarize key facts and abstract concepts accurately.
Prioritize and extract critical information from large datasets.

Security Clearance:

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree and 4 - 8 years of prior relevant experience or Masters with 2 - 6 years of prior relevant experience. (Additional years of experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.)
Translation and/or interpretation degree is highly desired
HLT experience a plus
Must successfully complete a Leidos-administered language proficiency test or equivalent at the Primary level or higher.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic online research.
All candidates must take and pass language tests administered by LEIDOS/an accepted commercial testing vendor.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience supporting contingency operations as a deployed linguist.
Familiarity with the U.S. Intelligence Community, military operations, or law enforcement environments.

Requirements:
